Visit our pages below to find out who has benefitted from the Growth Fund.  The Growth Fund is there to support our churches to engage creatively in mission.  As a diocese we are focused on Growing in God in depth, influence, number and younger, creating flourishing congregations making a difference (based on the Five Marks of Mission agreed by the Anglican Communion in 1984).

The Growing in God Growth Fund enabled a group of 13 young people to attend Gather at Sizewell Hall earlier this year.

Fressingfield Parish flood their village with angels

Using their growth fund of £500, Fressingfield Parish put on an angel workshop that took place on Saturday November 1.

Growing in Depth Bible Studies - St John's Elmswell

St John’s Elmswell, Lavenham use their funding of £200 to grow in depth through Bible studies.

Easter books for school children - Cockfield Benefice

Age-appropriate books about the real meaning of Easter were given to each child in the two Primary schools and the two preschools in the benefice.


Harvest Festival of Talents - All Saints Kesgrave

All Saints Church, Kesgrave, hosted a wonderful harvest celebration with the aid of their grant of £400.

St Mary’s Church, Capel, held their inaugural “Spud Days”, spanning across two days in the summer of this year, on 28 and 29 July using their £400 growth fund.
