Full-time – 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
The Diocesan Mission and Ministry Team, which plays a key role in facilitating a number of projects in the Diocese through both creating a more diverse range of worshipping communities, developing leaders, increasing vocations and developing a mixed ecology of church (including a strong focus on children and young people), is looking for an experienced Administrator to help it deliver its objectives.
This is a really diverse and interesting role and would suit someone who is well-organised, personable and able to work both independently and as part of team. You’ll be called upon to provide general admin support to the Mission Team and Director of Mission and Ministry. This could range from organising and attending training events, diary and calendar management, maintaining filing systems, responding to queries, managing your own projects and handling grant applications and invoicing. Although the role is predominately based in our Ipswich office, you will be required to attend some events across the Diocese and will need to have access to a car and have a full drivers license.
