Growing Younger across the ages | Carlford Benefice

Carlford Benefice were able to purchase new equipment using the growth fund for the children’s craft activities, alongside fences for outdoors which now allows for outside play. Some of the equipment purchased included tables and chairs for the children, individual watercolour paint sets for each child, and clay.

One child thanked God for their watercolour paints at the end of the first session that they were used. The clay sessions are loved and at times not a sound could be heard in the hall during these.

The children always thank God for the resources each week and are all eager to pray at the end of the session. When asked who prays outside of the group, six children put their hands up.

The clubs are expected to grow and the benefice are looking to run more activities for children across all ages, including a baby sensory experience with lights, and potentially running a choir in the future.
