Bishop Martin welcomed Synod members to Stowmarket Salvation Army Hall on Saturday 9 March. In his presidential address, Bishop Martin asked the attendance to think about their journey of faith, spoke about how most people come to faith at a young age, and reiterated the importance of young people being included within church environments. He also asked the attendance on how many people had an important figure that helped them on their journey to faith, and spoke of the importance to Be With, Listen To, and Believe In young people.
